Bulk wine bottling process reflects a long-lasting tradition that the winery continues also today. Its main characteristic is to give everyone the possibility to create his own wine at home, being also in good company.
Every year, in March and April, we dedicate two months entirely to bulk wine in demijohns selling. People can buy it and proceed with the bottling step at home and then leave it aging.
Following this procedure, from fresh and still, the wine sparkles thanks to the second fermentation in bottle. This ensures the classic and expected residue at the bottom of the bottle.
