Our bubbles enclose the story of our family, the Biasiotto, winemakers of the same vineyard up to the third generation. Together with that, our wine preserves the tradition of our territory, the most ancient cultivation area of Valdobbiadene DOCG, nowadays also Unesco core zone.
Bubbles tell a lot. Passion, fatigue of manual working that still goes on, the strength and the power of nature that renovates each year and the cultural patrimony of the secular grapevines settled right next to the new-born ones.

We cultivate only in a ‘Riva’ as we call here the slope sun-kissed vineyards.
In the historical vineyards, besides Glera, we can find little quantity of other local grapes as Bianchetta, Perera and Verdiso.
The most ancient vines, mixed with the new ones, ensure the peculiar tasting to our produced wines.

Starting from its founder, Costantino Biasiotto, our winey cultivates vineyards in only one piece of land of 6 hectares, called Rive della Senta.
The hills are the ones of Guia, in the restricted and small area of Valdobbiadene DOCG. This is a territory where the wine making is difficult but repaid by the lightning of the sun, the soil, and spectacular landscapes.
